The sealing is applied as a sealant or soundproofing material in the gap between overlapped steel sheets or connecting areas of automobile bodies. It requires high precision
to apply sealants and deadener precisely to exact location of the gap. DOOLIM-YASKAWA guarantees accurate and high-quality sealing system with our own vision system.

Moving Sealer

It's a highly automated process where multi-joint robots move straight to seal. Alongside sealing robots, it includes tracking carts, vision systems, sensors, etc.

Vehicle sealing methods

Seam Sealing Robots apply synthetic rubber sealant to the gaps and joints where body panels overlap or connect in automobiles, ensuring waterproofing and dustproofing.

Cosmetic Sealing This process involves applying sealant to the junctions of inner and outer closure panels, such as metal doors, hoods, decklids, or liftgates.

UBC(Under Body Coat-Deadener) This process involves applying a coating composed of PVC resin to areas such as the underside of the floor, wheel housings, and fuel tanks in the lower body of the vehicle.

RPP(Rocker Panel Primer) This process involves applying paint to prevent chipping caused by rocks or debris on the lower body panels of a car, such as the underside of the fender and skirt panels.

LASD(Liquid Applied Sound Deadener) This process involves using robots to apply liquid soundproofing and vibration-absorbing materials to the underside of the vehicle body to absorb vibrations and reduce noise.
