DOOLIM-YASKAWA’S Automated Sanding Solution is optimal for product surface finishing and polishing.
Our sanding solution also uses an indigenously-produced force control module to create a curved, fine finish of the product by applying a constant force.

Sanding Automation

  • Full-Surface Sanding The process of sanding the front of the product is typically carried out
    after the electrodeposition coating. It involves removing any foreign
    substances from the surface and smoothing it out before applying the
    actual color to facilitate high-quality painting.

  • Spot Sanding Spot sanding involves focusing sanding efforts on specific small areas
    or defects. This means applying sanding only to localized areas with
    imperfections rather than sanding the entire surface.
